Hemp Milk Recipe
- 1 cup hemp seeds
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp raw agave nectar (or sweeten to taste w/ other natural sweetener)
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch sea salt
Add all ingredients to high-speed blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy!
